Would someone be willing to run some basic front suspension numbers for me?
If so, is the the 'part zero or Datum' for the front view at ground level/centerline of car, and the centerline of the front spindle(front to back)?

Yes, datum in front view is at ground level, centerline of vehicle. X is out from centerline, Y is height from ground level, Z is your depth, front to rear of spindle centerline (numbers to the front of spindle centerline are negitive, to the rear are positive). If you post the numbers, I'm sure someone would be more than willing to run them for you. I'll do it, but the way work has been it might be a while. You can download the demo from PT for free.
