There is a guy on here that has a hugger orange twin turbo 3rd gen that is really shaping up nicely. Seems like it was an '88. I have seen a few others on here too.

The Japanese hood in the third pic down is just sick. You chose some of my favorite examples of well down 3rd Gens that I have seen on other boards.

I love 3rd gen Camaro’s! They look so good with just the right type of wheels on them.

James, the car looks great, how did you go about putting in the C5 brakes? Are new spindles required?

c5 brakes require cutting down an old rotor to use as a hub, and modifying the spindle to accept the caliper bracket...heres a photo of the required modifications.

Yeah, what he said. Really a pretty easy modification. Amazing difference on both the street and especially the track. I've got about $800 tied up in the changeover using all new parts.

Looks like a cool hood, but I believe you'd have to run a throttle body, carb, or an aftermarket 4 barrel style fuel injection for it to fit. I've got a holley stealth ram on mine and it rubs a little on the underside of the hood, and it's a 3" cowl induction style.

That is the sexiest 3rd gen I have everseen (well...except for the fog lights). I had a 92 25th Ann. Hertiage (White/Red) back in highschool. I miss it. I would love to have something just like that minus the foglights with an LS1, T56, and a turbo.

There's a guy on V8Buick with a 88 TA with a Buick 455 in it, not sure what else is done but it's for sale, and a SWEET ride. Would sure be fun with some suspension upgrades.
