Chevelle LT1

If anyone can help out it would be greatly appreciated. :help!:
Right now, I am trying to wire up the alternator, and I'm not sure which wires go where. The engine is a 1994 LT1, the alternator is out of a mid-90's Vette, and the wiring harness is Painless. The painless kit calls for one wire to go from the alternator to the battery (Got that done), but the other wire has to be plugged in as an exciter to the internal voltage regulator. Well, I went and bought a GM plug for the alternator, but it has more wires than I was expecting (letters on the plug are P-L-F-S, read left to right). If you look at the attached pic, clearly the large diameter wire goes to the battery, but does anyone know which of the other wires to use for the exciter?
I've attached the photo of the harness for reference. Thanks to all who can help!!
