Looks good. Great idea. Kind of large, but I guess it would have to be, in order to generate that kind of pressure.
Constant pressure under any engine speed. No possibility of over revving it.
I wonder if it really works.

Saturn as well as other OEMs now use electric power steering pumps.
They might be able to be retro-fitted, it the one in the link isn't actually
one of those.

I thought there was a magnasteer system that didn't even need a pump, it had electromagnets.
I personally don't like combining hydraulics and electrics. Think of things that fail on a car and most are electrical, like the starter or alternator, electric fuel pump... Hydraulics alone are very reliable on a stock system, needs some cooling and rpm reduction on a race application, but then they work fine.
