I am asking a question for a friend who is having issues with her truck.
The Truck is a 2001 Chevy silverado 1500 z71. Problems described are Flickering headlamps and gauge malfunctions. Doesn't always happen, but just on occasion. Would be grateful if anyone has come across such issues before in all their automotive experiance.

EDIT: It appear through a ton of searching for information... That the cluster is being affected... and ignition switch may have something to do with it. Still not to clear on this though.
