Exhaust mixture rich ?

Hey everyone. I have an easy question I think. Before I put my car in storage last year I put fuel stabilizer in the tank. When I started it up the other day, the car seemed to be running so rich that it was burning my eyes. I didn't make any adjustments to the carb since last year and last year it wasn't running rich. My question is, can the fuel stabilizer be causing my eyes to burn? Or probably not, and I will need to retune the carb?

i would run a tank throught it and see what it does if its still rich adjust the carb
