i got the motor running the other night and it ran ok, tonight i fired it up to try to adjust the carb, and timing along with look for leaks. anyways it was running fine until i tightend the plug just above the oil filter on the side of the block because it was lekaing a little oil onto the headers. that was the last thing i did before going in for dinner and shuting the car down. when i came back from supper i couldnt build any oil pressure, get oil to the heads, or start the car. is it possible that the oil filter is clogged up alredy from 15-20 min of running? that still doesnt explain the no start issue. any help would be great. by the way the headers were cool to the touch after dinner but the intake was warm. does that mean anything? my plan was to try again tomorrow, and go from there. o by the way the oil on the dip stick looks ok.
