I just got my subframe back from being powder coated, and now that I am done staring at the beautiful job they did would like to start putting the suspension back together.

What type of lubricant do you all use for inserting the bushings. The last time I did this I used some sort of silver, possibly graphite based, stuff. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you are referring to pressing the bushings into the a-arms. . .use a thin coat of either anti-seize or moly lube. For some some I prefer the moly lube (such as cam break in paste). I think it is a psychological thing with the name 'anti-seize.' I want the bushings to stay put, so 'seizing' is OK. And anti-seizing is not.
