I know this should go into the "wanted" section but I figure a lot of people dont look there unless they are selling something. I know a lot of you guys know where these cars are and keep a mental notebook of them. Heres what Im looking for and I could also possibly pay a small finders fee for the right car:

Ive narrowed it down to either a 1974 or 1977 Camaro Z28 and all I have to do is find a nice solid one. Ive been looking for a while and havent had much luck. The main things it must be are solid, no rust and a 4-speed, a running car that doesnt need a ton of work. Id prefer a mostly original car with a hopped up motor or original motor.

You can call or email me what you find.

I think there's one for sale over at www.nastyz28.com. Take a look in the Swap Meet area over there.

Im still looking for a decent, solid, Camaro, 1970 to 1977. Preferably a 4-spd car, but will consider a Automatic. Doesnt have to be a matching numbers car or have great paint or perfect interior but does need to be solid. No or minimal rust, I dont want to get into any serious body/rust work.

Something I can drive on occasion and work on once in a while. I dont have a lot of time to invest into the car so no major work please or high dollar restored cars.

I dont mind shipping the right car but prefer to find something within a reasonable driving distance from Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802.

Price range? Max around $8000, but show me what you got.

You can email me at: [email protected]
or call my cell: 260-403-2543

There were no less than 4 on ebay just two days ago. Check the auction section at www.nastyz28.com

BTW, 77 > 74. :)

The car I was looking at for you is in Stallings, NC. Older restoration with a little rust in one quarter. Rest of the car looks good. He has it listed in Auto trader. Go to www.autotrader.com (http://www.autotrader.com) and search in the 28104 zip.

rust in quarter behind one wheel. clear appears to have been buffed through in spots. Rest of the body looks ok. I will take a hard look at it if you like.

Hey Tony I cant believe theres that many cars for sale out your way. Antd the prices dont seem bad either. If I found something out in your area would you b willing to check it out? Being a CA car, I imagine the rust factor would be way down and it might be worth shipping something back to Indiana.

(I know SD is far from you, but just an example)

Thanks, Todd
