tail panel replace

I want to replace the tail panel on my 69 Camaro, having finally located a NOS part. Mine is full of bondo and quite wavy.
The car has new quarters on it already, (I originally did the car in the early 90s with NOS quarters-I could not find a tail panel at the time) so I have to preserve them.

Any tips tricks etc on replacing the tail panel?

By your pictures it looks like you are getting set up to compete with dynacorn.

Seriously, are you saving any part of that car?
