Hi, i have electric life power windows and door locks. i called them up today with some questions about how to wire in my clifford alarm, i basiclly just needed to know what wires do what. They have HORRIBLE customer service, some guy named Mitch answers all the techinical questions, he is irrate and unpatient. I can't stand him, I wish i could punch him in the face, i have never encountered someone like this in the auto industry. They make a GOOD product but i will never buy from them again or recommend them.
