1st gen camaro motor mounts - rubber or poly??

Which is better to use? Poly seems like it would hold up a lot nicer but would it put too much vibs through the chassis? I plan on doing a LS1 swap in a 1st gen camaro and want to use the proper mounts

Id use poly.... if for no other reason than that it has a safety built into it.

It wont transfer a real noticeable amount of vibration over a rubber mount. Unless youre used to a real loose and flexible stock chassis...... or a soft, pathetic little whiner.

I think you'll be fine using either but the added saftey and durability in the poly makes it a winner to me.
