Here are a few pics of my project. These are all mostly pics of the night that I brought it home. There a few pics of things that I have done so far. Body work was just started, so I will be posting some pics as it progresses. I am also replacing the stock control arms with GW tubular arms. I had just pressed brand new energy suspension bushings into the stock control arms too. So, if anyone is interested in my stock arms let me know.

My doors are fine, no hacking at all. But, the quarters are a different story. Someone had cut the lip back and then fiberglassed in some horrible looking flares. I am pretty fortunate as my car is very solid, with the exception of the quarters. I could have re-used all of the other metal after a few small patches, but I would rather just have new metal.

Noticed teh car had 67/68 1/4's on it. Do not know how long it's been since the car has been gone through?

Those are not 67/68 1/4's. The previous owner back in the 70's fiberglassed on some gawky flares, which totally eliminated the line that the 69 carries down the side and he also covered the "gills" in the lower front of the quarter. All of the metal on the car was original. That is rapidly changing though. I'll have some updated pics after this weekend.

Started cutting out the old quarters. There was almost a full inch of fiberglass and bondo holding those flares on the car. Other than that it went pretty smooth.
