I talked with a couple folks there when I was buying mine, but ended up buying from Street and Performance. What type questions you got? Mark and crew at street and performance are well versed with info about them, however, if you bought it somewhere else, I am not sure how receptive they would be. Here is their website.

what issues are you having? have you contacted magnacharger already and felt like you've been given the run around? bill has one on his GTO and ive installed a number of units on various cars.
