Im looking to do some vacuum forming of some simple parts. Does anyone on this site do this.. can you give me some pointers on a homemade rig?
Will a shop vac pull enough to form .040 - .065 polycarb?
What are the best materials for the job?
Heating ideas for the sheet?

I design vacuum form parts and vacuum forming molds.
You can use a house hold vacuum but in some cases it can be too powerful.
