Was that a speed bump installed by the government or a prank by the cameraman?

You can't be serious about GW can you?!?! I know everything in the world that is wrong must be his fault and all, but gimmie a break!! :bsjerk: Would be nice to see the whole story on it though. Kinda like Rodney King, what's the rest that is not mentioned, school zone? Hospital crosswalk? What?

I've seen similar speed bumps around here before. Not quite as tall, but still similar. It's just the idiots that don't know what speed really is that go over them like that. Besides, that wasn't just a speed bump. It looks like it was also a crosswalk.

A coupla months ago. In Texas. I made a wrong turn based on fuzzy mapquest directions. It was late. I was tired and the directions said right turn.
Well, I made a right turn on the WRONG street. This right trun happened to be a real sharp right--practically a 180 hairpin.
I launched that poor little Malibu over a concrete median. No time to brake beforehand, so I mashed the throttle. Ziiiiing!!! :drive2: I went up, over. And right into oncoming traffic. Almost got T-boned by two cars but squeaked across.
I got out expecting the nose to be torn off, the exhaust to be hanging and various fluids to be gushing out of it. To my amazement: not one scratch! :worship:
The moral of the story is: Hell I don't know what the moral of the story is. Just stay the heck away from Tyler, TX at night; after you've been travelling all day; if you're from NY; and you are looking for a Taco Bell :fart: instead of watching where you are going.
at our ferry terminals up here they have those raised walkways. They are clearly marked in yellow to tell you to slow down! One day we watched a family in a mini van speeding to get on the boat and hit one doing about 40 mph! The van was airborn and totally bottomed out with sparks and oil everywhere. Needless to say they missed the ferry!

Sorry, I am stoopid!:screwy:
I just get sick of hearing all the crap about the govt. It is the best we got!:usa:
But yes, that would suck to hit that! We have some crosswalks like that around the college here on some of the back streets and parking lots.

lol... I thought your original response was a bit defensive, even considering GW's falling approval ratings. But just for the record:
