Looking at the headlights that DSE sells for my Camaro. Just curious if anyone has any experience installing these? Was wondering whats involved. Thanks.

It is a basic plug in deal as far as wiring goes. Although I had to trim the light bucket a little, it's no big deal.

you can get similar one out of classic for way cheaper and also buy a relay kist for 30 bucks thats what i did and didnt have to do any trimmings and they look sweet and also have relays...they are in the new catalogue
I installed a set of halogens, they hooked right up I guess I'm missing something but why wont they just work in my Nova?
I mentioned this to the place I bought em they said they will hook right up no prob's? ..... sorry newbie question?!

Nova these are much more than a halogen headlamp (sealed beam) these are 7 inch round reflector housings which run the newer style H4 or 9007 bulbs.
They require more room behind them than a standard bulb.

Thanks for the input. I didn't think it would be a big deal.

Not to steer business away from DSE...
the housings themselves are just Trucklite 7" 9007 Poly-carbonate housings, sylvania bulbs and an American Autowire 9007 to sealed beam adapter harness....
look hard enough I bet you can find them for a lot less than what DSE is asking

Yeah, I got headlights like those for 30 dollars on EBAY. Just a little trim and they look awsome.
