Hello All. Ive been a member for awhile, but havent posted. I am going to be attending the Chevrolet Corvette show at McCormick Place in Chicago April 1-2. I was wondering if anyone has been to that show?Ive never been to see it or to Chicago, so any pointers would be great. I am curious as to what everyone thinks about using the GM B-Body platform for a Pro-Touring ride?I really like the 77-81 Impala 2 door with the bubble back glass. I have several ideas written down on paper, I just need to find the correct canvas to start from. Michigan is not known for RUSTFREE sheetmetal. I do realize that the bigger the car the more lateral movement when cornering, but Ive always felt that i could build an Impala to out-handle a BMW 7 series. Any comments, suggestions, tips, about Chicago, or the GM B-Body please let me know.TODD K.
