I have a 67 Camaro without the factory tach. Just need to know if its a big deal to buy the tach and install.

Not a big deal at all. Most tachs are 4 wires. Hot (red), ground (black), tach lead (green) and lights (white). If you want to put it in the factory cup it gets trickier and depends on which brand you buy.

If you want to buy a factory tach and put it in your instrument panel, I believe the printed circuit is different.
