I am getting my stock 68 camaro control arms powder coated. How do I remove the upper and lower control arm ball joints. Also where do I get new ones and how to install them. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The lowers need to be pressed out with a balljoint service tool. The uppers a riveted in, so the original rivets need to be cut out to remove the joints. Also, the bushings need to be pressed out of the control arms. You could get ball joints at any autopart store. Bushings, that depends on what you want.

Ditto on toxicz28's comment....just use a grinder on the rivets, or a drill bit, and punch the rivets out. The upper ball joints will then come right off. Press the others out....the replacement uppers will bolt in. The lowers and bushings will prob need to be pressed in again since you will have a thick coat of powder.
