I think that was delayed (much to my sadness) for the near future.. I would love to run a painted CF cowl induction hood to save weight but I just went ahead and bought a steel one :(

What kind of interest is there here for carbon fiber body panels? Hood, fenders, etc. Our stuff is not cheap but is of the highest quality and light...the real deal! We have not made any stock molds but with enough interest we might tool up for some.

Thanks,
Mark

I think if you did that you could make a killing.

I would be very interested in fenders and hood... Maybe even inner fenders if they were made large enough to make room for wide tires...

Mark,
True here, we spoke on the phone a month or two ago. I am still interested in a CF hood with the extra features we discussed.
Or at least a glass one with that "extra something".

Inner fender panels would be a good idea and should be no problem making them wider.
The problem we run up against is some of the "sport compact" style...how do I say this...less than high quality carbon fiber, is inexpensive (read...cheap) and we can't nor do we wish to compete at that price level. We are talking well north of $1,500 for a hood that would weigh in the neighborhood of 12-14 lbs. If that is not scaring you guys off let me know. Show car fit and finish is possible with little or no prep so you will save a few bucks on bodywork.
