The search goes on...
Now I'm looking for a 13" rotor that would be similar to the following:
13" diameter.
2" total height, assuming approx. 3/16" flange thickness.
0.750 - 0.800" thickness.
Vented.
Any ideas?

could you use a rotor and hat from nascar or similar?

Are you tying to save a few bucks?
If so I believe Wilwood has a decent setup for a stocker for about 600 or 700 bucks.
At least check them out asn Prescesion brakes

Kindof thin for a rotor that diameter. My thoughts go to a C5 vette rotor. The ones I have are 12.75" dia, 1.25" thk, 1.625" overall hgt. Somewhere I have a C4 1996 HD rotor too. I will check it & let you know.

It needs to fit in a 4th-gen 93-97 rear caliper, hence the thickness requirement. It will be thick enough for a rear brake application.

Carl,
Have you looked through the Coleman catalog already? The printed version seems easier to navigate than the online version. I can look at my printed catalog tonight if you haven't already gone that route.

Are you looking for something similar to these Baer rear rotors:
http://www.rpmoutlet.com/musv6baer.htm
but they are solid, not vented. So they are close but not quite what you are looking for.

All I have that is close is what I have on the rear of the Monte, they are 94 Vette rear rotors, they are 12" dia, 2" height overall, a little thicker than .75" & vented.

Are you looking for an OE application to adapt? You might try here. http://www.ebcbrakes.com/Assets/discdrum2005.pdf There are mostly European applications listed, but some American stuff as well. I wish I could find something like this that has more vehicle listings for cars available in America but I haven't had any luck yet.

Here's what I'm trying to do, being that I'm a cheap you-know-what sometimes.
Take an off-the-shelf OE 13"/0.800" thick rotor with an offset similar to the '93-'97 Z28. Build a new, simple, mounting bracket for the caliper to fit the 13" rotor. Do the whole thing for cheap.
The 12" C4 rotor is only 1/2" diameter larger than the Z28, so the performance difference will be too small. 13" should make a noticeable difference.
If the right rotor can be found, it should be easy to do.
