J Demuth

The paint will be a custom mix. It will be a charcoal metallic. Can't see it in picture very well but the valve covers are actually this color. Thanks for the comments. Josh

I missed the part about the 69 lights. Will this have the RS hideaways?

Where did you pick up the fuel door? Did you find one that actually fit in the recessed portion of the tail panel or does it sit flush with the outside, it is hard to tell from the pics? Any info is appreciated! SS

Looking awsome! Damn that was a fast build!

What size wheels/tires and what backspacing are you running in back?

I'm 2 hours west of you just across the OH border in IN (right off I69/80-90 interchange).

What do you have mounted to the center of the dash in the middle picture?

J Demuth
12-08-2006, 06:45 AM
Sorry I have not answered any of your guys questions sooner but i am trying to get everything in order to build a house. Any way the control arms are from speedtech and the springs are stock with 1 1/2 coils cut out. The fuel door is from dennis kirk the part number is H18884. It does fit in the stock recess all you have to do is drill a few extra holes. Wheels and tires are budnik and bfgoodrich. 18x9 5.375 bs 275/40/18 rear 17x8 4.875bs 235/45/17 front. Thats just the controller for my edelbrock fuel injection mounted to the dash. Thanks for all the compliments guys.

Nice car, I can't believe how fast you put it together and then take it apart. I noticed you're selling the F.I. BBC. What are you goona run as an engine with your rebuild? How did the Edelbrock system work?

I haven't been able to afford that much in parts, labor & time in 6 years. Two years would be a time warp for me.

12-22-2008, 08:20 PM
Want to do an ls engine. I know, can't believe i'm basically starting over again either. Guess it's true what they say, do it right and they way you want it the first time or you will regret it. Plus it should be twice the fun this time right.:yeah:
