After being away getting a few odds and ends taken care of Achilles is finally home and running. I took these pictures after her first bath. I still have a few things that I need to work out but I am extremely happy. Next stop upholstery!

Car looks great, Kevin! I guess it's mostly immortal, huh?

Is this the car that was over at Thunder Valley Customs? They have my '73 there for paint, picking it up this afternoon to install my running gear.

Looked it over several times at brads place. Really nice car, I think the pinstripe between the two colors made all the difference in the world. Enjoy it. Who is doing your interior work?

Very nice!

But.. what is up with the upper rear of the drivers fender? Looks like scratch or something..

The paint deal reminds me of Smokey Yunick :)

haven't yet decided on who is doing my interior yet, that's why I asked who you were using. I've talked a little with sam's in burnt hickory, brad highly recommends him, but he stays slammed so I might get impatient and go somewhere else if the qaulity is there. Qaulity is the prime concern though so if I have to wait I will. Let me know how yours goes, post pics if you can.
Thanks, Tommy

Finally, a car name I like! But that might be the Zeppelin fan in me talking. Beautiful car.

...I really dig 68's, possibly moreso than 69's.I agree. The 67-68 > than 69.

I almost missed this thread. Car looks nice. Thats similar to the paint scheme I am going with. Mine will be black upper and silver lower. Orange separation line. Do you have a separation line? Its hard to tell from the pics?
