IS it possible to remove embroidery from a leather seat? Thinking of putting C5 seats in my camaro, but I do not want it to say COrvette. Can a cover piece be sewn or glued in if removing the embroidery wrecks the leather?

you could probably do an accent piece to cover the area and maybe carry it thru the rest of the interior, just a simple design that could be used on the door panels etc, i think the embroidery would leave quite a few marks when removed.
This is called a Seam Ripper. It's a tool you can get from a (I'm scared to say...) CRAFT store! YIKES!
You can VERY GENTLY tear the threads and pull them out. It's a temporary fix because there will be tiny holes left in the leather where the threads were put through. It will at least get rid of the embroidery out of the seat.
Hope this helps...

Removing emboidery WILL wreck the leather. Talk to a upholstery shop and see if they can replace just the embroidered section.
