I had an idea today. It would be nice if we would wear Pro-Touring.com tshirts to the shows, but instead of just having the shirt, we could have our user names on the back of them so we would know who we were sneaking up on. That would make it easy for us to meet each other. What do you think?

Sounds good.

Hmm,,, cool idea but how could we do it? There are iron on sheets you can print but they don't hold up very long. What about a patch?

When anyone buys a shirt, suggest they put their user name on it at a local T-shirt shop. :dunno:

No way. That would be like when Clark W. Griswald made the whole family wear beret's with names in European Vacation.

No. Absolutely not. Not under any circumstances. Not if those were the LAST T-Shirts on the planet.

I just want a Pro-touring.com shirt. Are any available yet in XL?

Darrin,

I was going to do that this year for Larry and myself as a test run to gauge interest, but ran out of steam on the idea somewhere along the way. Towards the end of this summer / early fall, I think we'll do a limited run (at first) of Pro-Touring.com zip up hoodies.

I may be placing an order soon after I'm done with my taxes. Before I do I will put something up for people that would like special request items. I don't think the silk screener would have a problem with a big order with a few different items like a sweatshirt or a jacket e.t.c.

How about patches, for those of us with Dickies jackets, etc?

How about embroidered shirts. I just had some done for work. Set-up was $50....cheap I thought. Each shirt was an additional $4 bucks for the company name and logo (I supplied the polo shirts)

We did that at another forum. Group buy on hoodies and we had our user names stiched into the left arm. Looks good and isn't flashy.

I'd like a shirt and a hoody. If you want to look around for prices on having it done I will get the number of the guy that does the shirts for are store and race team. Maybe get a prelim cost from my boss. We have t-shirts and polos and flex fit hats. The polos and hats are embroiderd. we also had long sleave t-shirts.

Hey Larry, if you need any help with this, let me know. I do printing and embroidery for a living, and I'd be happy to help you.

Allen, maybe I should get a quote from you on the next batch of shirts? I'd rather see the money go to a member of the site.
