Hi guys,

I'm about to start up my Pontiac 400 engine with an electromotive tec2 system. Allthough, when the electromotive system do the sensor check, it complains of the TPS.

Since the manual isn't very clear of how the TPS should be connected, maybe someone here can help me?

This is how the connector looks:

and the available ports on the TEC are 5V, GND and TPS. I tried a couple of different way to hook it up, but stopped since i might burn it if I connect the 5V to the wrong pole?

Check the edge of the connector for the letters.

A = 5V +
B = signal
C = ground

If the values are backward (high to low as the Throttle opens) then reverse A and C.

Thanks!!

Just want to double check with you since I wrote number and you wrote letters - A=1, B=2 and C=3, right? :rolleyes:
