I bought some mini 12V lights to use as indicator lights to show when high speed side of fan kicks on. But the odd problem is that when power is put to them with out a ground connection they lite dimly. I have totaly removed all ground from the lamp and they still light??

They lite bright with ground so I know they are good.

Here is with just 12v + and no ground. Ground is isolated and removed from temp switch and the lights main bodies are plastic so they are not leaking

I think its sort of cool because they can act as a fuse indicator but not right...

BTW these are small radio shack units part #272-334 12VDC 60MA wired in parallel

They do turn off when key is switched off.

Ok I figure out that they are finding a weak ground through my relays. Now how do you fix it. To do what i want i cant seperate the lights from the relay..

Yes you can- use a diode to isolate each light circuit.
