Anyone see the new 1967 Camaro Hardtop shells?

Looks like they will have the firstgen Camaro's covered.

They are called Dynacorn International Incorporated I believe. Now making complete '69 convertible shells and '67 coupe shells.

Did anyone see the new show "Muscle Car" or something like that, it's on TNN. Anyway, The two guys on that show are building a 69 camaro using the dynacorn body. They put tons of work into the body, tons of work! All the work they did was to straighten the body. I would hate to see the labor bill, IMO.

From what I saw, a LOT of that work was to get show car seams in all the other aftermarket panels (Fenders, hood, etc). Not anything more than some people do to original bodies. In some cases it was a lot LESS than some go through.

Compared to what they did to the challenger, blocking the car a few times was nothing. They did zero fabricating to a rust free body, even if it wasnt perfect.

At this moment, the 1969 Camaro restoration coupe body will be selling for $12,500.00 MSRP. However, and this is a BIG however, this can change by the time production starts.

Yes, that should be sometime next year. As to when, I can't tell you at this time, however, they will be coming.

If you had a perfectly straight and rust free version you'd have to do at least as much if not considerably more to an original body to get it as straight.

Yeah, all that NOS shhetmetal on my 442 took quite a bit of work to get it as straight as it is. And, by the looks of some of the cars on this site, it still ain't perfect! People forget just how these old cars looked when new.
