Hey there,
I tried to start a new thread in the "Classifieds" section (undr Wanted) but the system would not allow me.
It obviously works here, but for some reason I can not start a thread there.
Whats the deal?
Incidentally, I'm looking for a fixer-upper project 1966 Chevelle SS. If anyone happens to have one they have given up on, contact me.
I'm in Santa Rosa California (close to sacramento).

the for sale and wanted sections have a 10 post minimum setting for the user. it helps keep spammers at bay.
Welcome to the forum. post up and you'll have access to the classified section before you know it.

I thought I should add some pictures of myself as well as my web site address which displays my past and current vehicles. I have a Pro Street El Camino there and a 66 Chevelle. I have been kicking myself ever since I sold the Chevelle (3 years ago)so naturally, I'm looking for another --to keep.

How about some better pics of your El Camino? In the pics on your website it kinda looks like a cow, with the white and brown.
I'll try to find time to do that this evening. Incidentally, that dog is not mine. I prefer border collies.
I added another page to my web site titled "69 El Camino #2".
I was somewhat surprised to discover that I didnt have any pictures of the engine bay. I tried to brighten the rear end image all I could.

Hey Vito. Welcome to the site. Unfortunately I couldn't find any pictures of a good looking guy in any of the shots you posted, so I still don't know what you look like. Oh well, such is life. Have you tried Craigslist for your search? I'll keep my eyes out down here in the south bay.

Not trying to be mean but I was wondering the same thing. There are some really strange coments in this thread. :lurk:
Mabey he was just being silly so he could get his post count to 10. You need 10 to sell anything in here.
I must say, this is part of the reason I visit message boards. There is so much I derive that helps to further my work (physics), 'part' of which being the sociological aspect which I am compiling for a book.
Yes, I was quite obviously trying to get the posts up to 10, in a fashion that captures the 'popular' comical spirit. I find it find it very revealing how some can not be humorous without being denigrating toward others..but then, "where intelligence lacks-stupidity reacts". Thus, one can only insult ones self.
'Some' of the images may be somewhat dated but it isn't as though one has the power to contort time in order that all elements in ones life run concurrently. It is all the images I have of 'all' the vehicles I both own and have owned.
The love I have for cars and motorcycles transcends all boundaries. It is more than just the artistry of the lines, it is more than the physics involved, it is more than the mathematics and the geometrics that pervades those body lines, and it is more than just nostalgic pages in history..it truly is a state of mind.
As for my physical endowments. One does not go through his or her life without being reminded that he is so endowed, both physically and intellectually.
'We' are/were reminded everyday of our lives.
I quite literally can have virtually any female I want..this is not an exaggeration.

This is the same difference, although to a different degree, between some idiot who buys his first car or motorcycle strictly to 'fit in' or because "it is cool" and one that truly has a love that touch's on what I have detailed in the previous post.
The former will, in all probability, sell his bike after the first accident (probably a good idea for them), the latter on the other hand, gets right back on that bike..and survives (as probability dictates-for him or his capacity).

What is sad is not so much that I can have the wives and girlfriends of idiot wanna-be's (some of which is typical here), not that these females are despicable enough to screw their males. It is that the males have tried to rationalize it.

I like that last sentence..You could say twice as much with half as many words if you weren't trying to impress everyone. You need to be on the What happens in Las Vegas, stays in Las Vegas Commercial..We could all have virtually any woman we want if we set our sights as low as you have..ie the little elderly ladies that call you the Greek God...heard your favorite pick up line is "take out those false teeth mama, cause I'm gonna suck your gums".. I start off a project with a better car than you wind up with. At least a wanna be has aspirations of greatness. Put some big dog balls or some utters under the back bumper of that El Camino cow look alike where we can tell if it's a bull or a cow.
