Here is a picture of our second generation F-body kit, which consists of a three link trailing arm setup with a Watt's link for lateral axle control. The fitment has been verified on the 70-73 floorpans, though I am not certain of the exact fitment for the later cars due to changes necessary for the catalytic converters, it might not be an issue at all, I just can't specifically say. The kit requires welding, and is based on the Ford 9" differential. You can run either C5 Corvette brakes, or any brake kit that fits a late Ford large bearing axle assembly (we can assist in the selection and sourcing of an appropriate setup). The housing and crossmembers are completely fixture welded, the trailing arms and Watt's tubes are Tig welded Chro-mo. All rod ends are forged teflon lined units, and all hardware is included.
We are still working on the last touches with our website, but we can currently be contacted by visiting www.lateral-dynamics.com (http://www.lateral-dynamics.com) and clicking on the e-mail icon. We can provide more information to you while the website is being completed.
Best of luck with your project,

ill have to keep you in mind for when i am going to do my rear. price is resonable and looks user friendly. what kind of tire clearance can be expected with this suspension?

We feel that the value of the system is the best of the setups currently available, it is clearly not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either, by far. You don't need to worry about having the axle assembly welded up with brackets, etc, all of that is done to perfection as part of our manufacturing process. In terms of the performance potential, quality of the components and construction, etc, we are very confident that we can't be touched with this system.
The system is engineered to be compatible with HUGE tires, basically if the make them, there "should" be room (of course this is dependent upon a ton of variables that we can't control, wheel offset, etc). For a first gen F body, for instance, fitting a 335 tire is no problem. For the second gen cars, the biggest obstacle for putting really big tires on the car is actually the outer body lines, and outer fender wells. We mini-tubbed the shop 70 Camaro about 2", which is close to the limit if you don't want to radically alter the appearance of the tubs when viewed from the trunk, and it is going to be difficult to a 335 tire on the car with an extremely low ride height. If you are willing to tub the car further, then a 335 tire will fit with the system without any issues by moving the tire/wheel further inboard, but again, the appearance of the tubs won't look "factory."
Thanks!

Thanks for the response it was very helpful. Right now this setup is at the top of my list. Would you be able to do this to a 12 bolt rear for us "Die Hard" chevy fans!? When do you expect the website to be up and running?

12 bolts are out for our kits simply because the UCA bracket would have to be extremely heavy and awkward...and that's just not our style. :)
We thought the website would be ready a month ago, apparently life had different plans. It'll be up hopefully within a week or so.

We further have thought seriously about firing the guy that is writing the text and supplying pictures because he is so late, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized I didn't really want to fire myself, I would be out of a job! Honestly, we have an excellent template through the help of a fellow motorhead, and the only thing left to do is populate it with specifics, we already have a pretty good FAQ list completed and some intall pic's, just need to flesh out the rest. Entirely my fault. But I'm working on it, honestly.

mean 69,I want to build my 79 Z-28 camaro in a pro-touring daily driver/auto crosser.I want to put in new rear rails and 345/45/18 michelins in the rear.Using what i have gathered from yor input on several threads 3-links seems right. What would be the ideal lenght bars (upper/lowers)and what degree would they need to be set at.I know your company sells your own kits, and I shouldnt be askng for demnsions.I have done a few race cars that i set up for drag racing(I know they are differnt in many ways, but the same in checking deminsions).I know i am capable of doing this my self.Do you sell 3-links in kit form for some thing like this.I know 79's are kinda basterds of the muscle cars, but i think with them setting low to the ground with the factory ground effects the look is sweet. Thanks for the input
