I have just(almost) finished replacing all the wiring in my 68 camaro with the stuff from painless, I havent hooked up the steering column radio or heater, but everything else is done. I cant get it to start or even crank, the starter will click when I turn the key but thats it. I put a brand new battery in it, that didnt change anything. Also the accessories(headlights, wipers etc will not turn on. The fule guage and voltmeter kick on when I try to start it but thats about it. I need some help here , any ideas or anything I would really appreciate. The voltmeter is reading at just below 12 volts.

at the battery it says 12.13volts the guage now says 11volts. I replaced the starter and the solonide with a brand new new one and that didnt change anything. I jumped the starter and it cranked and then stoped and just started clicking. I thought mabey it was to close and jamed on the plate? Also nothing is working and i cant figure out why. The lights the turn signals the wipers dont work. The flashers are working just fine. Everything else just wont. I really need some help here if nothing else dose aybody know a good shop near South Pasadena CA that could get it done?

Your battery is only 1/3 charged at 12.13 v.
You need some hands-on help. I think it's too much to fix through this forum. Some shops speciallze in wiring problems...
