I've been exploring this site for almost a year now and I think it's finally time to introduce myself. I'm 17 years old and I'm from Baltimore, Maryland. Right now I've got a '74 Nova heavily underway and a '65 Impala four door hardtop that needs a little work.
I bought the Nova about 2 years ago with a bone-stock 305ci, TH350 and stock suspension. I drove it for a while to school and such, had some good fun. Then the teardown began during Christmas break of last year. The Nova's been stripped down and it's ready to accept some new stuff. The bone-stock 305, 350 is soon to be replaced with a 383ci, 700-R4 combo. Front discs were swapped on right after I purchased the car, and some new springs and bushings all around are in order, along with some hotchkis sways front and rear.
The super-heavy chevy is going to be a summer project. It's a #'s matching inline 6 powered beast. Stock from top to bottom. I'm going to touch it up with a few things it needs but nothing PT-wise.
Here are some pics. Hope they work. This site is awesome and the community here is really helpful. I'm sure i will obtain an abundance of knowledge from you guys.

Welcome to the site. Lemme guess, you like blue. LOL. Anyway, there are a ton of incredibly knowledgable people on this site, and they aren't afraid to share that knowledge.

Ha, I guess i didnt really think about the fact that they were both blue. Actually I didnt plan on the blue at all, it's how i bought them. I'm going to go with a different color on the Nova for sure. To what?... I dont know. If anyone's got some ideas, fire away.

That's the plan!

Welcome Steve! Nice to have yet another Nova on the board. The blue paint works for me as well. :)

Welcome! I do wonder how many Nova members there are on this site. The Nova never has gotten the recognition that it should. It seems that a lot of them ended up at the drag strip. They really can be made to be a good driver. Just update the suspension and DON'T STICK THE REAREND UP INTO THE STRATOSPHERE!
