Hello,

A lot of very useful information and tech articles in this forum.

I am currently building a 67 Camaro Convertible for high speed street use in Germany.
The rolling chassis is finished, waiting for a modofied LS1 Corvette engine.
To handle the higher speeds in Germany (yes, no speed limits on the highways!), I used a Martz Racing Chassis front subframe with R&P steering, adjustable Coil Overs and HD Wilwood brakes around.
It will roll on a set of 18" wheels.
The engine I planned to use was an already finished 383 Gen I carbed stroker, but with the closing of the local GM dealership I ran into a lot of 6 GEN III Corvette LS1 engines. I plan on using a modified LS1 with a prepped 4L65E transmission.
So most of my questions will apply to this swap , because to get parts for this combo or info about this never done swap in Germany is very hard.

Keep the good work up,

A fellow Pro-Tourer from Germany

John
