I have been doing a LOT of experimenting with the emblems. I had different thickness material cut. I also had the emblems cut laying downward on the table and facing up to see what cut better. Here you go. The Kozak keychain emblems are cut from 14gauge stainless.
I will also repair the blown out "O"' in the LS1 tech emblems.

Those look pretty cool. How much are the pro-touring.com ones?

I should have my design for the brackets ready in a few weeks to have you cut them out.

Thanks,
Scot

How much would you charge to do 50-300 keychains?

I organize the 30000GT/Stealth National Gathering Road course and it would be cool to give that out to the Road course particiapants (about 50 max) or to all of the participants of the whole gathering about 300.

http://www.3snationalgathering.com/roadcourse.htm

I would need to have a more keychain friendly logo designed but I would love to surprise everyone at the time iof the event:)

Hey -
Those look really good. Do you think anyone would notice if I had one of those in place of the rear license plate ? Heck, I'd even put 'em on my toolbox. Maybe even my mailbox . Cool.

I just had to post these pics of the LS1 emblems with the 14 gauge stainless!!!! I really really like the 14 gauge look a lot better. The thin stainless is nice too but dang when you feel the 14 gauge pieces in your hand, its no comparison. :) I tried to take some colorful pics so everyone with different color cars could get an idea, but my camera is over 5 years old. When Tony (Nine Ball) gets these emblems mabey he can take some creative pics. These are not polished yet. I will probably try that on one of them this weekend.
I will definelty have one of these on my car! :)
White backround (the 3rd white backround pic shows the thickness well!)

I'm curious too, if I sent you a vector file like an AI or EPS could you import it? And how much would a couple cost?

I know I probably shouldn't be the one answering the question for Adam, but I use Solidworks, AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop all day long at my job. You can't import an AI or an EPS into either AutoCAD or Solidworks. They are both 3D modeling and layout programs. Illustrator and Photoshop are two dimensional graphics programs. So, the only files Adam would probably want to use to make it the easiest upon him, would be the following: SLDPRT, DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP, ACIS, ProE Part

Sorry.

Thanks for answering for me. You are completely right and thats why it is a lot more time consuming to make these emblems than anyone realises. I cant just import any pic and viola its ready to go. Doesnt work like that at all. I literally have to redraw anything that I want to have sent to a CNC machine. And I have to make sure nothing gets cut wrong because each set of prototypes costs me at least $100.00.
For what I charge everyone that I have done emblems and brackets for, I honestly dont think you could find a better price on laser work anywhere.

I have not forgotten about your pictures. My brother has been busy starting his new job and has not sent me pictures yet.as soon as he does I will let you know.

If anybody is wondering about getting work done by Adam, I would highly recommend him. Very fast turn around and does great work.

Thanks again Adam for helping me out.

Thanks for the kind words Matthew. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I am glad you and your brother were happy with the paddle. I cant wait to see the final pictures of it. I loaded some of the pics on my site but they are before you polished it.
Hopefully you didnt get poked by any of the flame points at the top. Some of them were very sharp.

T/y THey are a little more expensive out of billet aluminum and you cant get the detail cut thru like you can with stainless. Believe me I have tried. I have been thru at least 10 differnet prototypes using all sorts of different material. Stainless is by far the best. Cheapest, easy to polish, lasts forever, and did I say again cheapest to cut out of.
