Does anyone have a template to mount a clutch master cyl. to a chevelle firewall. Anyone have some pics to point me in the right direction? I don't know what would be the best master/slave combination. I'm using a tko600 w/a lakewood shield. I'd like to use an actual slave cylinder rather than a hyd. throw out bearing. Someone has to have done this before. I'm getting no response.

I'm doing a T56 right now, so the hydraulics are totally different.
I can tell you that the hole to line up the clutch hydraulic master pushrod and the orginal hole of the 4 spd are not even close.
I also had to trim a small section of the pedal/steering colum support brace to clear the rod end of the master cylinder's pushrod.
Good luck with the fab!

I have done it on an S10 pickup using a newer S10 clutch cyl and a bellhousing and slave cyl from a 1990's fullsize truck.

Tyler, are you going to produce an A-body T56 conversion kit like you did for the fbodies?

Yep, doing a full T56 kit for the Chevelles currently.
