Picked up a new donor today. Thanks to a sharp cousin, found this killer little 10,000 mile absolutly mint 2003 Roush Phase 3 convertible that has a little dent in the rear. Supercharged 4.6 made 435HP, 5 speed, Roush suspension, 14" Alcon / Roush brakes, 18s, Two Tone leather, Hum. Wonder what their gonna do with that? It ain't no Camaro.

Good donor- It'll be nice to see something different around here (no offense to you 69 Camaro guys, but...)

LOL, We actually found the perfect swimmer 2003 Mustang body to replace it with. This car has everything required to fix the swimmer, but we have different plans. We kind of enjoy the idea of hacking it up.

It won't be a Mustang Frank, were thinking of something a little different. So far half the people that know what we are thinking about say "UGH!", 25% say "HUH!", and have that 1000 yard stare, and the balance say, "Holy Sheot that will be cool!"

Us, we are kind of staring a 1000 yards thinking, "it could be ugly, but damn it could be cool!"

So a free limited edition, highly sought after, collectable, custom embroidered, Prodigy Customs Tee Shirt for the first member to guess exactly what type of body (year and model) we are considering doing. And no cheating if I already told you!

We have a winner! BowTieGuys is the first to guess correctly, but since Taylor 1969 guessed within a 1/2 hour, we will throw him a tee shirt to.

So here it is, the cleanest little 6cyl Falcon you could ask for. Hardly any rust, virgin as can be, and just BEGGING to be molested. Look for some renderings soon; Michael will be getting the plasma cutters and cut off wheels throwing sparks as soon as he is off The 68 Firebird in a couple days.

We have some cool ideas for it theme wise, stay tuned!

Congratulations BowTieGuys, Tayor 1969, I need you to PM me your addresses

Hey I said Falcon first...where's the love?!?

j/k

That actually looks like a pretty decent project. I could see it turning out really well.

EDIT: To be honest it wasn't all that hard to come up with the fact it woudl be a Falcon. The mustang was originally based on teh falcon chassis so tapping a new mustang would be right in line with a falcon build in my mind.

I think you should put the Falcon motor in the Mustang. That would be sweet! I bet there would be no other Roush Mustang with an inline six.

LMK what you're going to do with the original 6... I have several guys around here (FL / GA)that use them.

One of the original plans for the project was to turbo the 6cyl. Then this came along.

I think you could do a lot with those cars. I love the 64/5 Falcon's. Put me in the "Bad Azz" category. I know if anyone can make it look cool, you guys will. Good luck and post the renderings as soon as you get em'.

Bummer- Mike at Fordsixparts.com would have LOVED to do a project with ya. He's been getting all kinds of hits since the CC and HR articles.

Either way- the Eaton just makes that motor sooooo much better.
