There's a 30 day trial on the Adobe site (http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/tryout.html )
Otherwise, you're on your own - shop around for best price if you're looking to buy; if you're looking to borrow please don't do it here.

do like walmart or a computer place sell them...and sorry for my stupidity wat do u mean borrow ....as in download....

Walmart doesn't sell it, so far as I know - Photoshop is pricey, like several hundred dollars pricey. CompUSA, Fry's, Microcenter - those would be the sorts of places I would expect to find it, or you might be able to get a much better price by shopping around on the internet.
As for 'borrow', let's just say I meant 'obtain a not-demo version without paying for it', be that download or get a copy from someone, or anything similar.
