Has anyone who has the Baer brakes had a problem with the hardware? The countersunk allen head bolts they sent that go through the bracket,spindle, and steering arm is not long enough! Even tight, the bolt doesnt protrude past the nut which to me is unacceptable. I guess I will be looking for a longer one. I just hope there is such a thing! :)

Contact Ben or Dutch at Baer to make sure you got the correct hardware.
You didn't mention if you are doing the conversion using drum brake spindles or disc brake spindles. My kit came with hardware for both and ther IS a difference in the bolt lengths for both types of spindles. If you bought the kit used or second hand these guys can get you dialed in.
