okay here is my delima. front spindles. i need a 1 inch drop front spindle that will accept my factory type brakes as i converted the front disc to wilwood front big brake hub kit. the problem i cant get the stance i need with stock spindles i have adjustable front q-a1 coil overs . my front rim is an 18x5.5 with 5 inches of back spacing and i already know i cant go 2 inch drop or the tie rod will hit my rim. does anyone know where i can get such a spindle. ? please i am ready to drive as soon as i solve this problem. with pricey rims i am hoping i dont have to get a new front set to get me out of the garage in the next few months. its been a long 3 years and the monster is ready to roll. thanks guys .
what im looking for is a 1 inch drop and or maybe 1 1/2 inch drop . please help or advise.

All I have seen are of the 2" variety which cause the clearance issues. How low are you trying to go?

I'm sure I'm not seeing it because I'm an idiot, but what would a drop spindle gain you height-wise that adjusting the coilover wouldn't?

the coil overs are in there lowest setting possiable now. and i have like 4 inches of daylight above my front tire wich is an 18x235x40 im trying to get to the top of the tread with the fender at least . my rear sets like way low compared to my front end. looks like im on the gas hard . if i need to change front rim with what will fit the 2 inch droppers ? and clear

If you have 4 inches of daylight with the coilovers at the lowest setting, you have issues with the coilovers themselves. You need shorter springs, at minimum. Even if you "fix" the ride height problem with drop spindles, your front suspension geometry will be shot to hell with your control arms angled upward that much.
There is no one I'm aware of making anything other than 2" drop spindles for first gens. You would have to custom order a spindle to your specs from someone like Coleman racing.

Can you cut the front springs a little bit to give yourself a little more adjustment? (do you have the right front springs anyway? That seems like a lot of free space, especially if they're set to their lowest adjustment)

thats a good idea . the springs came with the shocks from speed tech when i ordered my arms i also purchased there qa1 coil overs kit for big block camaro. i will look into the shorter spring deal that may just do it for the daylight deal.

We are the only company that offers a 1" drop spindle. It will solve a bunch of issues other than ride height too. Search for AFX in the suspension section for more info regarding them.
