Right now it's booked at the same place just incase we can't find a larger venue. It will be Thursday November 02 2006

Be there! (If there is room)

There is a very small chance it will be on Wed the 01'st and I will know soon. I have to figure out what night the big SEMA dinner is.

The dinner is simple. Once Larry announces it formally, you just be one of the first 140 to sign up and pay the charge and you are in.
SEMA is a bit more of a challenge. It is for companys in the automotive business and their employees. You need to find someone you know in the industry and get them to get you a ticket. It can be parts sales, body shop, car lot, etc. Just something automotive related. More info to come later as it gets closer. :bananna2:

Which forum will the tickets be advertised in?

- Open Discussion
- The Outhouse
- Non-Racing Events/SEMA

Same place again Larry? Are they going to allow more people?

Are they going to bring back the chocolate desert for old times sake?

Did you find out when the SEMA dinner is?
It would be nice to have them on seperate days cause I couldn't attend last year cause of the SEMA dinner.
Company pays for me to attend the dinner with some other employees with the owner of the company. They kind of frown upon ditching the dinner for another dinner.

The big SEMA dinner is on Thusday as well. It's a real toss when to do it because there are other big things happeing every night and I will be at the HRIA dinner on Wed night. Our dinner does start sooner then the SEMA if that helps.

It's the size of the room that's killing us. To move any place else will cost us triple or quadruple the price so, for now we are stuck at the Greek Isles with a cap of about 130 people. It sucks because I bet we had to turn away 50+ people last year because we didn't have room.

Larry Callahan

I'm not ready yet to sell tickets. I will give everyone a couple of weeks notice as soon as I nail down some sponsors. I am afraid people will get left out so, I plan to give lots of notice to everyone. I wish we had a bigger place. I have something up my sleeve for next yeat that is VERY promising and close by and not what you would think.
