Went a little overboard this week...

Bought the T/A off a friend of a friend who didn't want to fix the crank on the original 403 - plan to put a 455 in it and drive daily... TT2s pulled off a chevelle and fit perfectly...

The 70 arrived today, will be getting a date correct LS6 - is a 4 speed/12 bolt posi car... the bonus - it has a 69 L78 396/375 HP motor in it now, correct for a 4 speed camaro/nova - so looking for a worthy 69 camaro/nova.... Bill Howell - find me a nice southern belle for this motor!

Looks good, both of em. For some strange reason I like the 2nd-gen F-body the best.

the t/a is mesmerizing, especially if you grew up watching Smokey and the Bandit...

Love the Chevelle. Is it a true SS and LS6 car?

It is a true SS, getting the LS6 transplant - an original tuxedo black car.

Is that a real TATA? sure looks like it, and looks like its in immaculate shape.

Far be it from me to tell you what to do, but you might want to consider cleaning that bird up real pretty like and selling it off, then picking up another one to drive. Tenth Anniversary cars are bringing pretty wicked cash these days.

the TA looks like a good driver or restoration canidate. i would be inclined to agree with Formula get it fixed, clean it up, and sell it for a nice profit. check out the prices on ebay for these cars. the 400/4speeds are rediculous and the 403s and doing pretty good themselves. if its a real TATA it will have an X in the VIN. no X then its not real. i believe that one to be real though. those rims maybe on everything out there but they still look good to me. just like Cragar SS rims.

It is and X vin car, have the original wheels.... plan to put a 455 in it and keep the original 403..

That t/a looks very nice. I would not do a thing to it. If it does have low miles bank on anywhere from 12-16 for it easy.

Hey sam1, I saw that Chevelle getting unloaded off of S. Lamar! I knew I should have pulled in there. Looks great!
