Sorry to hear that, Kenny. Was it damaged during delivery or while it was still on the lot? Hail is the worst...how bad is the damage?

Did you try and contact the trailer manufactuer? They should help. How about the attorney general in your area? He did not sell you a new trailer, even if has never been titled since it had hail damage. You have a right to expect new merchandice without damage. Call your bank and cancel the transaction. All is still not lost.

Aww dude, that blows.

If you used a credit card for the purchase get them involved right away. Usually that is all the pressure it takes to handle something like that.

Sorry to hear that Kenny. I live about 25 miles south of Burlington, NC. In NC you have 3 days after the sale to cancel a transaction like this. One can buy a new car, drive it for two days and on the 3rd day bring it back to dealer for a full refund. You should threaten to call the NC Attorney General Roy Cooper.

Hope all works out.

We had some hail about two months ago, but it did no damage to my truck. The hail was dime to nickel size. The website is http://www.ncdoj.com/default.jsp and the number is 919 716-6400.
