new member with Fikse sizing ????

Hello, I'm new here, but a long time watcher. I am about to order a set of Fikse Profil for my 69 with 3" DSE springs. I would like to run a 17x8.5 with a 5 1/8 bs 245-45 & 17x10 (i think a 5 5/8 bs) 275-45. I can roll the lip if needed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. You guys are the best at these matters. Fikse's are my dream wheels, but I do not want a nightmare when I get them home. Thanks Cory

The rears should be fine, but I'd probably think a 285/40 would fit and look better back there. As for the fronts, I remember hearing that 4.75" backspace is a great fit on 8" wheels of the front of a '69 Camaro.

You might contact Kyle Tucker at DSE, they now sell Fikse rims. I have a 1967 Camaro with Profil 5s with 18 x 8 with 5 1/8 bs & 18 x12 with 6 1/8 bs
