Ideal bs for 69 minitub

I am building everything around the wheels, so I need to know what the ideal bs would be for a 12" wide rim. I obviously want the best look without causing performance issues. CAr will be used for mostly street and some track use.

I am using 5.5 , as does DSE !

I am looking at using forgeline wheels and with that BS (5.5) they say the lip will only be 4". Does that sound right?
