Hey guys when we got the car done I took it on the Power Tour and the car ran great. I got to meet several of you ( camaroboy, nineball and others ) which was great. I also got the attention of Popular Hotrodding who shot the car and it is in the November issue. Here is the center poster and feature wallpaper. I like to thank all of you on this great site for advice, idea's and support.

Sweet bird! Congrats. I think I'll start subscribing to PHR, they seem to be putting many of the "Pro-touring" looking rides in the magazines. Maybe one day, they'll put mine in there.

Congrats on the center poster spot! Your car is awesome to see in person. I must have seen it 50 times on the tour and never could get enough looks at it. Everyone in my 1st gen f-body club loved the paint job and concept.

Thats awesome, Im really glad to see some Pontiacs making it in magazines and getting seen.

Question: In the second picture (the motor) it looks like there is a pontiac emblem (like from the grill) on there. Is it just sitting there? Or did you mount it to your radiator. I just got the Tempest done far enough that I have a few of these Pontiac emblems left and am trying to figure out if they would look good somewhere or it would just clutter it up. I like where yours is at, just not sure how you would get anything stuck to the radiator.

great to here. It seems like PHR is the only mag really embracing the pro-touring cars.

That, in my opinion, has to be the nicest bird I've ever seen. I've had a 67' and a 68', but was too young, too poor and didn't know what I know now to take it to that level. If I ever sell my vette, a 68' bird will be it's replacement. I would definitely go silver or titanium like yours. I think no other color looks as good on those. Once again, very, very nice bird!!!
