I'm exploring adding a performance button so I can switch shift patterns and tuning the transmission to be more responsive and engine brake while racing. I'm still pretty new to tuning so if anyone has any advice, I'm all ears.

For autocross, I run the entire course in 2nd so I'm considering tuning the TCC to stay locked at all times above 2k rpm or so. Can I do this when I manually shift into 2nd?

For track days, I only use 2nd and 3rd so I'd like to keep the TCC locked in both gears but I'm not sure how to do that and have it still shift well. Should the TCC be engaged through the shift?

Is there anything in the tune I can do to make the 2-3 shift faster? It takes at least a full second to shift if I do it manually.

Is there anything else I should consider with this idea?

Btw, it's already been rebuilt with upgraded clutches and bands, overrun clutch hub, Circle D triple disc, Transgo HD shift kit, and a large cooler
