[COLOR=#000000]So I never really finished my first LS Swap 68 Camaro... or my 67 Chevelle (I know... I know... no need to lecture), life, kids, job, etc.
So...then there was the day that Carl Casanova stopped by my car show, Supercar Sunday with a little note in his window... he was selling his drivetrain.
If you know Carl... you know that he is a truly awesome person, a perfectionist, incredibly humble and all around... cool guy. He has been coming to Supercar Sunday for over two decades... I always wanted my 68 LS Swap, Supercharged car to be like his... So when I saw his parts were for sale... well... I had to do it (note: I am lucky to have an awesome wife that puts up with a lot of car shenanigans). This was a once in a lifetime opportunity, because it was Carl's build, his ingenuity, his knowledge and experience... etc. etc. Needless to say, I would not have opted to do this if was anyone else....
Here are a couple of vids I have put up.... I am going to take apart my 1969 SS 540 Big Block, 4 speed car (my wife and I put the car together during Covid in the garage) and swap his parts in... I am going to sell my 67 Chevelle big block (running project) and all the parts that come off this car... I have to be conscious of funding so I am not going to go as fast as I would like to, but again, this was an opportunity I could not pass on... I would have hated myself if I did.
Enjoy the vids...
