We just did one in our hot rod shop a few months ago. We used a new set of big block F-41 springs cut 3/4 of a coil (BTW it`s a big block car) and adj. Koni shocks. If you want firmer springs they`re available from a number of sources. We topped it off with our new adj. tubular ProLite upper arms and tall modular ball joints,Street Comp Stage1. The adj. arms let us use modern performance alignment specs even with the lowered ride height. The new parts are available now and should be on the site in a couple weeks. The car turned out really well,it`s fun in a straight line (about 500hp with big torque!) and handles great in the twisties. It`s featured in Kool Mat`s ads for Hooker side pipe heatshields. :) Mark SC&C

The rear is easy... just install longer bolts from the spring to the Control Arm
up front the coil springs need to be changed the factory F41 springs are a good start, a little shorter and about 460lbs/inch. Take a look at www.vettebrakes.com, they have some nice combos. Stay away from their monspring conversions though
