Torque Thrust II's with 7 3/4 BS

Has anyone run the17x11 with 7 3/4 BS on a minitubbed 67 camaro? Will this work without spacers (Std drum brakes) and do you have any pictures on the car.
Trying to get by with std size available from american racing.

No ,for a stock length rear end you will most likely need a backspacing somewhere in the 8" range.

Ok, I had planned on narrowing the rear anyway so next question will they work with cutting the rear to fit? I dont mean to ask stupid questions but I admit I have no idea what iam doing when it comes to the wheel sizing. I dont have the rims here yet they should be in this week sometime so I cant go measure anything. I already have the tires 315/35/17's as recommended by many on the board. You guys have been a great help and I appreciate it

Yes it will work with a narrowed rear. Set your rims in where they need to be, then measure between the rims. Subtract the rotor (X2) thickness then you have your required rear end width.

Thank you thats what I will do when they come in, I was just worried I bought the wrong size and would be in trouble. I appreciate you taking the time to reply and helping this novice out!
